Property Manager - Stableford Crossing/ Webster Greene
The Woda Group, a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a Property Manager for Stableford/Webster Greene to manage 48 single family and a 18 senior property in West Union and Peebles, OH -- just a short distance east of Cincinnati, OH.
This position is full-time with the opportunity for future career growth. Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
o Experience working in affordable housing programs to include LIHTC
o Proven track record for maintaining high occupancy and collection rates as well as working within budgetary restrictions
o Proven ability to maintain compliance with affordable housing programs
o Experience marketing apartments and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction
